HOW THE REPAIR PROCESS

SUBMIT A REQUEST
Tell us which console you have, describe the problem and provide photos when possible.

INITIAL REVIEW
We’ll review the information and confirm whether the project appears to be within our service capabilities. Drop-off or shipping arrangements will be discussed at this stage.

EVALUATION & APPROVAL
After evaluating the console, we’ll provide the recommended work and estimated cost. Repairs begin only after receiving your approval.

REPAIR, TEST & RETURN
The approved work is completed and the console is tested. We’ll notify you when it is ready for pickup or return shipping.
IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION
All requests are evaluated individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or a successful repair. Final recommendations, pricing and time frames are determined after inspection and depend on the condition of the console and availability of parts.
No repair or modification will begin without customer approval. Repairs and modifications may reveal existing damage, affect manufacturer warranties or involve risk to stored data. Please back up your data before service whenever possible.
