Tested and working Xbox One S 1TB. 
The HDMI port and Blu-ray disc-drive mechanism were replaced. The original paired disc-drive control board was retained.
Fresh thermal paste was applied, and the console received a complete internal cleaning. Gameplay, Blu-ray video playback, HDMI output, Wi-Fi and all ports were tested and verified. 
The console has cosmetic wear and some edge damage; please review all photos and the operating video.
